Game

We stock a large selection of game, we source venison from the national trust at lyme park which helps to maintain the health, size of the herd, and also support the park. We have a hunter who shoots locally to supply us with wild rabbit, wood pigeon, pheasants,and patridge. Depending on season we might have teal, mallard, and even snipe. We make game burgers, venison & red wine sausages, diced venison, and mixed game. We stock game bird fillets as well as racks of venison, roasting joints, steaks.  And when available wild boar.
