Our charcuterie ranges from air cure hams from Spain, chorizo from Pamplona to hot and spicy salami from Italy great for antipasti, or throwing on a pizza. We also produce paté, and rillettes from our own freerange pork. We have a selection of traditional British charcuterie we make ourselves including ox tongue, corned beef, honey roast hams, and rare roast beef perfect on sandwiches.
